"What's rent like in Z?" After years of seeing these questions repeated on Reddit and WeChat, I decided to collect real experiences and cost-of-living insights from teachers like you.

This survey aims to create a snapshot of life for teachers across China, helping others make informed decisions about moving cities, negotiating contracts, or planning their finances.
